  Build, support, and improve the technology that keeps us moving.

  We’re looking for an IT Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, working approximately 25 hours per week. In this role, you’ll provide reliable technical support across our organization, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, and help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

  What you’ll do

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers and software.
  • Assist with user accounts, permissions, and access management.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Support network and system maintenance.
  • Help implement IT upgrades and new technologies.
  • Follow IT security policies and best practices.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional IT experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, hardware, and software.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
